Brought to you by ex-pro surfer and passionate trainer Mark Hill, this workshop will help you to improve your body strength, mobility, flexibility and surf skills. Created intentionally for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine so they can make the most of their time in the water.
Expect to learn how to catch more waves, improve your surf conditioning and manoeuvrability in the water and meet like-minded, passionate people.
