Our ‘Director of Sweat’ Nick is a British Health and Fitness professional with 10 years in the industry. In his unique approach you’ll find a mix of passion and compassion, enthusiasm and understanding, patience and assertion - all of which are aimed at helping you achieve both mindfulness and accomplishment.
Nick’s favourite way to promote movement is by blending together the energetic and adrenaline-fuelled world of high intensity, strength and boxing training; with a disciplined, mindful, and purposeful yoga practice.
Although Nick is the first to admit that he’s more confident on the punching bag than he is holding an arm balance - you’ll still find him on the mat striving to improve his practice when he’s not teaching fitness!
Our Director of Happiness, Erin, is a performance and goals strategist whose purpose is to inspire the highest potential in people. She's a passionate yoga teacher, dive instructor, surfer and DJ and is proof that you can create anything you want, when you live a life of vision and practice the art of self-belief.
Erin loves to see people crush their goals and achieve their dreams, both in and out of our studio. She believes in the miracle fusion between movement, mind and breath and has developed a unique framework to help you breakthrough habits and beliefs and commit to a life you love, all while having the time of your life.
Erin has spent many years traversing the Australian health and wellness terrain with lululemon athletica and ClassPass, and is stoked to call Bali home. You'll find Erin beach-side, either tapping away on a gold sparkly laptop, floating around in the ocean on a mermaid malibu or eating coconut gelato.
Myrthe is an ex-corporate girl who swapped her high heels and fancy dresses for flip flops and yoga pants. After almost 7 years working as a consultant and project manager in the banking industry in both Amsterdam and Singapore, she decided to take her luck and make her passion into her job. Now she is a yoga teacher and runs her own business in holistic health retreats and coaching. She is super happy to combine her corporate skills with her passions for yoga, nutrition and health.
This yogini loves a sweaty flow just as much as a restorative yin class or gym sesh, and enjoys a glass of wine just as much as her green juice. It’s all about balance, right?! Living and enjoying Bali life to the fullest, she realizes how lucky she is to live so close to the sea, with beautiful nature around and so many inspiring people to meet on her journey.
You’ll find Myrthe with her laptop at any of the amazing cafes while enjoying delicious healthy food, in the gym, at the beach, dancing the night away or of course, on a yoga mat.
