Our schedule.

Whatever you're up to while in the 'Gu, we've got a class that will work for you. Feel free to reserve online, or show up 5 minutes early to grab your mat or join the next round of fitness.

Our classes are special and we have unique names for them! To find out more about what you'll be getting yourself into, check out our class descriptions.

Please note: 

  • Our fitness classes are 45 minutes long and you can start every 4 minutes during our opening times (just be sure to arrive 45 minutes before the end of our listed times on the schedule).

  • Our schedule is growing every week, just like us! Please check back regularly for new yoga classes and extended fitness opening hours.

  • Just like you, we want to be the best we can be and value your feedback so much - please send us a message if you'd like to see more or less of anything on our schedule.
